"I’ve been with State Farm for 30 years ever since I got my license. Unfortunately, my car was vandalized recently, so I filed a claim with State Farm and of course they denied the claim. The damage was $3800. My deductible was 2000. I understand that insurance companies don’t make money by paying out on their claims, so I’m not mad about it, it’s becoming a worse somewhere scam. But I thought I would push a little further so I contacted this office which purchased my original agents Ray Gallagher‘s, each time they said we will look into it and get back with you today or tomorrow, after a little while I would call back and they would say I will look back into it, run it up the flag pole, Escalated to a supervisor, Etc. they keep saying we will call you back today or tomorrow, this has happened four times now. I’ve never received a call back. It’s really sad what has happened to insurance, By this point, it only makes sense to go with some low cost insurance company that won’t pay claims either, but at least you won’t have to pay the high monthly fees of State Farm"
